Rush Street Gaming’s Rivers Casino in Pittsburgh has promised to further grow its poker tournaments schedule in 2016. And SugarHouse in Philadelphia is planning to open a poker room really soon as part of its $164-million expansion. It will be Glantz’s responsibility to provide his assistance in the development and promotion of upcoming poker events at each location. The player will also have to help with the programming of poker tournaments at Rivers Casino in Schenectady, New York, once the venue is completed and opens doors in 2017.
As a producer and event manager, the poker pro will have to recruit, coordinate, and manage talented players for Poker Night In America.
Commenting on Glantz joining the Rush Street Gaming team, CEO Greg Carlin said that his company is striving to provide all types of poker players with the best possible experience. Mr. Carlin further noted that with the poker professional at their side, the gambling operator would certainly improve its poker platform.
Currently, Rush Street Gaming is running three casinos in Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, and Des Plaines, Illinois. The gambling operator was recently awarded a license for the construction and operation of its fourth casino – Rivers Casino in Schenectady, New York. As previously reported, the hotel and casino complex is scheduled to open doors in 2017.
Glantz is an experienced high roller player with live tournament winnings of more than $6 million. He has cashed in 128 different live events since 1999, with many of those being high roller ones. What is more, the player has won or has appeared at the final tables of quite a lot of those over the years.
